In the first half of the course we will be focusing on what is shadow work, discussing the many tools to shadow work, tips to handling and engaging in shadow work, wounds and attachment styles, and inner child/teen work. The last half of the course will focus on defense mechanisms, understanding subconscious behavior like self sabotage, and processing and healing grief. 

You have the option of choosing either class or both. It is mandatory to take the first course if you've never done shadow work

Classes begin Feburary 1st, 2025 -  July 26th, 2025
